Multi-cavity Hot Runner Temperature Controller System
The TSC Multi-cavity Hot Runner Temperature Controllers are produced by Hitcontrol, and provide precise and reliable temperature management for injection molding applications.
Designed to accommodate 12 to 90 zones, these controllers integrate both temperature control and sequence injection timing in a single system, enhancing efficiency and process stability.

Temperature control module: Standard 2-zone configuration, each supporting 15 Amps per zone, ensuring precise thermal regulation.
Sequence valve gate control module: Each module can manage up to 6 valve gates.
This integrated system simplifies setup, improves molding consistency, and enhances overall productivity in high-precision molding applications.
